Production Technology

Main models and applications
KA-10: VA content is between 19% and 28%. Due to its high molecular weight, cold resistance and good fluidity, it is widely used in foam products, such as foam plastic slippers, sandals, building materials, etc; Also used for injection molded products, such as industrial components, female shoe soles, etc; It can also be used as a hot melt adhesive in fields such as wood processing, as well as for coating various substrates such as wood, bricks, and concrete.
KC-10: VA content of 28%, melt flow rate of 150g/10min, density of 0.95g/cm ³, mainly used for hot melt bonding, such as book binding and other fields.
SWA110: It has excellent physical properties such as high impact resistance, high strength, and good toughness, moderate density, easy processing and molding, and can be used in various molding methods such as injection molding, extrusion, blown film, etc. It also has good water resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal insulation, sound insulation, etc., and is suitable for household appliances and other fields.
H2201: It has rubber like softness and flexibility, good clarity and gloss, good low-temperature toughness, stress cracking resistance, hot melt adhesive waterproof performance, and UV radiation resistance. It can be used in situations where high material flexibility and weather resistance are required.
